This is a short video made from a recent piece of subtle outdoor projections, for a festival Belfast City Council put on for Valentines. The concept was for people in the city to be surprised by pieces of art and performance hidden around the city.
In light of the Beloved theme and recent political developments I chose to try and communicate unconditional love and the amazing things that can be achieved when people choose love as their first priority.

We are pleased to announce that 2008 will be going out with a bang, Shakinda will play Phatz festival in New Zealand, just a few days after the next planet love where Shakinda will once again go head to head with the recently re-voted world's number one dj Armin Van Buuren.
This year so far Shakinda has performed to over 80,000 people. Combined with the ongoing 1100 capacity residency at Yello, boxing night and NYE we are hopeful he will break the 100,000 barrier. Truly marking 2008 as a red letter year for Ireland's most exciting VJ.
After a late booking and sudden return from the slopes in France, Shakinda once more rocked the Planet love visuals. This time it was just outside dublin, shakinda vjed alongside Ferry Corsten, Judge Jules, Sander Van Doorn and Alex Kidd. The 5000 capacity gig had been sold out for weeks and everyone came to party!
